Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver & Personal Assistant to support an executive with both driving and day-to-day personal/household errands. This role requires someone who is flexible, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive the employer and family members to work, meetings, appointments, and other destinations as required.
- Maintain the vehicle in good working condition (regular servicing, cleanliness, fuel, etc.).
- Assist with personal errands such as grocery shopping, parcel collection, or other ad-hoc purchases.
- Support simple household or office-related tasks such as tidying meeting rooms or handling light administrative errands.
- Provide general assistance to the employer and family as needed.
- Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence with a good driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience in Singapore.
- GCE O-Level or equivalent academic qualification (higher qualifications also welcome).
- Familiar with Singapore roads, traffic rules, and navigation.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy with a high level of discretion.
- Physically fit to handle errands (e.g., groceries, light household/office support).
- Flexible and willing to assist with both driving duties and personal/household tasks.
Working Hours & Location
- Standard working hours, with flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required.
- Based in Singapore, travel required within Singapore.
