Responsibilities

Major Accountabilities/Principal Responsibilities:

The Distribution and Credit Solutions (DCS) division specializes in financial engineering, structuring, distribution, and trading of structured credit products. The Securitisation and Fund Finance team focuses on origination and structuring of securitisation, structured credit, loans, repacks, and funds financing, providing asset-backed solutions for various clients including corporates, financial institutions, insurance companies, funds, and asset managers.

The division operates globally with teams in Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  1. Transaction origination: Supporting client discussions, pitches, structuring, research, market intelligence, proposal responses, marketing materials, and follow-up.
  2. Transaction execution: Assisting in structuring, documentation review, transaction modeling, data analysis, credit application preparation, and liaising with involved teams.
  3. Transaction monitoring: Monitoring performance and managing credit renewal processes.
  4. Technical expertise development: Maintaining high technical standards related to the franchise and product offerings.

Profile required

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge:

  • Degree in business, commerce, law, engineering, or science.
  • Proven experience in asset-backed products, securitisation, or related fields.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of accounting and cashflows.
  • Knowledge of key players in asset-backed finance, fund finance, and securitisation.
  • Ability to produce clear, structured, and compelling pitch materials.
  • Risk management capabilities aligned with SG Group values and regulations.

Internal and external relationships involve collaboration with various internal teams and external clients, counsel, and lenders.
