Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement process for indirect categories, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring service levels and cost savings are achieved.
  • Review and negotiate procurement contracts, control costs in procurement, negotiate prices with suppliers, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, IT, Admin, Marketing) to understand their purchasing needs and provide procurement support.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to spending, savings, and supplier performance.
  • Budget & Cost Control

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or indirect sourcing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, SCM, etc.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and contract management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and purchasing software
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret procurement data
