This is a dynamic, externally-facing role suited for someone who enjoys engaging with diverse partners, managing multiple priorities, and adapting quickly to shifting circumstances. The role also involves administrative responsibilities, particularly in tracking KPIs and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates should be comfortable with routine reporting and operational tasks that support programme effectiveness and accountability.

What You'll Be Doing

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, collaborators, and industry stakeholders.
  • Navigate competing needs while fostering positive, professional engagement across all levels.
  • Work closely with internal teams to promote events, deliver partner value, and explore new opportunities.

Project & Programme Management

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent project streams.
  • Coordinate workshops, consultative sessions, and events—ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery.
  • Make quick decisions to resolve issues and adapt to shifting priorities.

Reporting, KPI Tracking & Insights

  • Analyse participant feedback and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Track and report KPIs with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare concise updates and reports for management and committees.

Committee & Operational Support

  • Schedule and coordinate committee meetings.
  • Draft and circulate meeting minutes and recommendations.
  • Maintain internal documentation and respond to stakeholder queries.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership management, or project/event coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands and deadlines.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive outlook in fast-changing situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks, including KPI tracking and reporting.
