Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries and prepare sales quotations.
  • Follow up and coordinate customer orders, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with relevant parties (e.g., factories, suppliers, subcontractors) for sampling sourcing and production delivery coordination.
  • Manage and coordinate orders to ensure timely delivery according to customer requests.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through visitations to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients/associates and our China factory.
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate availability is an additional advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling.
