Role Summary
The Sales Manager (5 + years of relevant experience) will own and grow the Singapore and regional pipeline , develop strategic accounts, and lead business expansion for our modular data‑centre and related solutions. The role reports to the HK Management and works closely with pre‑sales, engineering, delivery and finance teams.
Objectives of this role:
- Represent DCL Communication with deep knowledge of our MDC, UPS and DCIM portfolio.
- Research market needs and articulate how our solutions address client challenges.
- Build and nurture a high‑quality pipeline of enterprise and public‑sector accounts across Singapore and APAC.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic account planning and execution.
- Continuously develop sales tactics, forecasting accuracy and pipeline health.
- Drive partner and channel initiatives to extend market reach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in data‑centre, IT infrastructure or related services (MDC, UPS, DCIM preferred).
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and managing full‑cycle sales from prospecting to contract signing.
- Strong understanding of modular data‑centre architecture , power‑distribution and DCIM software.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; fluent in English (Mandarin or other regional languages a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Ability to travel 20 % across Singapore and APAC.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends, build pipelines and forecast accurately .
