We are seeking a talented UX Designer who is well-versed in the entire end-to-end product development cycle, from research and conceptualization to prototyping, user testing, and delivery. The ideal candidate has 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience designing intuitive, user-centric digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
• Design and deliver intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that align with product goals and user expectations.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Participate in regular design critiques and contribute to continuous improvement of the teams design practices.
• Maintain a user-first mindset across all stages of the product development cycle.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product design processes from research to handoff.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Ability to present and communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant project work (required).
