Key Responsibilities

Project-Related Tasks

• Provide support for contracting activities, including documentation and coordination.
• Assist in preparing and supporting audits, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

CSP-Related Tasks

• Manage and maintain GCC Cloud Management Portal (CMP) including tenant subscriptions, user accounts, and admin accounts.
• Oversee CSP subscriptions, resource access management, token generation, and invoice justifications.
• Handle CSP key vaults, secrets management, and certificates management.
• Manage bastion access and related security controls.
• Coordinate TechPass and SEED account-related matters.
• Administer SHIP/HATS platform, including subscriptions, onboarding, infrastructure support, endpoints, runners, and agents.
• Renew SHIP tokens and manage TechBiz system profiles and licenses.
• Prepare SHIP invoice justifications.
• Renew Postman API keys.
• Manage WOG DNS records and WOGAA user accounts.
• Administer Entrust portal for domain and SSL management (domain verification, SSL renewal).
• Generate and renew SSL certificates.

Administrative Tasks

• Assist in organising internal events, such as townhall sessions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with GCC CMP, SHIP/HATS, and related cloud management tools preferred.
• Familiarity with WOG, CSP, SSL, and certificate management processes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of cloud subscription management, key vaults, and secrets handling.
• Proficient in documentation, coordination, and vendor/stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Experience in public sector cloud management operations.
• Knowledge of API key management and security practices.
• Event coordination experience.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) will be an advantage.
