Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate Practice Engagement Manager to drive sales and client engagement in the areas of data transformation, analytics, and cloud migration .
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling and managing large-scale data analytics and cloud transformation projects across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of data transformation and analytics solutions (including cloud migration and modernization).
- Engage with clients to identify needs, define opportunities, and deliver tailored transformation services.
- Lead consultative sales conversations and present value propositions to senior stakeholders (up to C-Suite).
- Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence across large-scale data projects.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of transformation programs.
- Proven track record in sales of data analytics and transformation services within IT services companies.
- Strong experience in large-scale cloud transformation projects , including data migration and cloud platform implementations (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Exposure to HR transformation and analytics initiatives .
- Deep understanding of data lifecycle, data analytics, and cloud-based data platforms .
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling and closing large deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise data management, data governance, and data quality .
- Familiarity with modern data architecture, AI/ML, IoT, and intelligent automation .
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
