Job Scope :

  • Provide on-site service support at customers' premises, including maintenance and troubleshooting of Multi-Functional Printers (MFP).
  • Perform corrective maintenance and service repair on both hardware and software of MFPs.
  • Set up machines for customers, including printer driver installation and scanning configuration (e.g., Email/PC).
  • Update and record completed service jobs in CRM, and manage parts usage through the SAP system.
  • Provide administrative support to the service team, including report updates, ordering of service parts, and related documentation.
  • Support collection of payments and ensure proper documentation where required.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidates with own transport will have advantage.
