Job Scope

  • Ensure all customer's claims are attended to on timely manner and closed within the defined turnaround time
  • Define the different types of cases and to follow up accordingly on cases for insufficient or incorrect details from service request raised through customer centre and branches
  • Process claims relating to customer's transaction disputes done through machines raised by customer centre and branches
  • Identify and escalate any (potential) complaint cases to manager immediately
  • Follow internal SOP and risk guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in banking, business or finance
  • At least 1 year or more of experience in account servicing in a banking environment.
  • Fast learner and able to grasp various applications required for the process
  • Able to handle the work very efficiently and takes work very seriously
  • Ensure the work gets completed before they leave office
  • Open to work on weekend, if business requires
  • Location: Jurong
