The Opportunity

• Seeking for Logistics Executive
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:45pm
• Working Location: Science Park
• 12 month contract
• Completion Bonus

The Talent

• Min Diploma/Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management, Business Administrative or equivalent
• Must have 4 to 5 years minimum experience in supply chain and logistics operation
• Good experiences in Cold Chain logistics
• Knowledge of using SAP
• Well communication, detail oriental & self-driven
• Problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Immediate candidates will be preferred

The Job

• Transport management - manage inbound containers by communicating and maintaining clear correspondence with shipping lines, trucking companies, shipment ETA and etc
• Warehouse management - Maintain, assess, and create KPI reports for warehouse services
• Inventory management - Ensure excellent stock consistency through coordinated daily stock reconciliations between SAP and WMS system
• Document and data management - process any product or insurance claims for damaged shipments
• Cost Management - Availability of documentation to facilitate custom clearance
• Others assigned duties and responsibility
