About the Roles

We are seeking a Hydraulic Service Technician to join our team in the Manufacture and Repair of Pumps industry. This role is based in Pioneer, offering a 5.5-day work week from 8AM to 5PM on weekdays and 8AM to 12PM on Saturdays. The salary package includes basic salary, meal allowance, overtime pay, AWS, and a performance bonus. This is a permanent position for individuals looking to grow and develop in a technical field.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assemble, install, and maintain hydraulic components and systems.
  • Participate in pressure testing of hydraulic systems and components.
  • Assist engineers in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in existing hydraulic systems.
  • Prepare accurate service and testing reports, along with maintenance records for completed projects.
  • Perform mechanical repairs for hydraulic equipment and components in both workshop and shipyard settings.
  • Initially work under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers, progressing to independent work once competency is demonstrated.
  • Coordinate deliveries with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Arrange entry permits for work at shipyards.
  • Act as a liaison between the technical department and the administrative team.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

  • Training will be provided for skill development in the role.
