YOUR ROLE:
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in Generative AI (GenAI), MLOps, and applied machine learning on public cloud platforms. The role involves building GenAI-powered applications and leveraging GenAI for accelerating software and data development.
- Develop and deploy GenAI applications (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows).
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to operationalize pipelines for model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Use GenAI for productivity enhancements (automated code generation, testing, documentation).
- Implement best practices for model governance, risk management, and responsible AI.
- Deliver insights and AI products for Financial Services, Healthcare, Maritime, and Retail clients.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science / AI roles.
- Strong background in GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and model fine-tuning.
- Hands-on with at least one public cloud (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable).
- Python proficiency (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, MLflow).
- Experience deploying ML/GenAI applications using Kubernetes or serverless.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.
- MLOps tooling (Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI pipelines, Azure ML).
- Domain expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, Maritime, or Retail.
- Knowledge of AI governance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS, GDPR, PDPA).
