**Senior Data Scientist | Singapore | Up to SGD 12,000 + Benefits
Our client is in search of a versatile full-stack data scientist who possesses expertise in building end-to-end model deployment. Individuals in this role is expected to have a strong background in hands-on modeling, prediction systems, recommendation systems, ranking models, and Large Language Modeling (LLM). They should be adept at working with the entire data science pipeline, from data collection and preprocessing to model development, validation, and deployment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary provider of data insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough analysis of data and translate findings into meaningful and actionable insights, including synthesizing information from various customer touchpoints and data sources.
- Lead the development and implementation of quantitative analytical frameworks, including scalable predictive models, customer segmentation, and advertising optimization, to enhance business performance and customer engagement.
- Establish and promote best practices in data science, platforms, and methodologies.
- Set internal standards and benchmarks for data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand business requirements, document data and integration needs, and resolve conflicts in business and data architecture rules. Ensure compliance with internal policies on customer contact governance and drive closed-loop measurement through efficient data capture.
- Become an expert in data tools and resources, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with ad-hoc business intelligence projects and contribute to strategic initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- A Ph.D. or M.S. degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data science, including the development and productionization of data science models.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing a comprehensive range of analytical techniques to address commercial challenges. Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis tool.
- Proven experience with distributed databases and query languages. Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Java, C++, Python, Pyspark, Pandas).
- Strong business judgment to identify core business objectives, synthesize and interpret diverse quantitative information, and develop valuable commercial insights for key stakeholders.
