Responsibilities:
- Develop and evaluate financing solutions including debt, equity, and hybrid structures.
- Prepare financial proposals and documentation for internal approvals and external presentations.
- Build, revise, and analyse cash flow models; prepare summary materials for negotiations and reporting.
- Facilitate meetings and lead negotiations with financial institutions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business development teams.
- Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project viability.
- Maintain strong relationships with financial partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and business development teams across Asia.
- Coordinate with external financial advisors and consultants as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in project finance.
- Experience in the energy sector, LNG infrastructure, or wind power projects is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and critical thinking skills.
