Project Engineer

You will be the linchpin of our project lifecycle, taking ownership from initiation to successful completion. You'll be actively managing and coordinating with our production, design, and sales team to achieve seamless project execution.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving any issues that arise. This includes visiting our manufacturing facility in Batam, Indonesia. While you are not expected to stay there for extended periods, you will periodically monitor progress on-site.

• Client Relationship Building: Serve as the primary contact, foster strong relationships, and keep clients informed every step of the way.

• Strategic Planning & Scheduling: Develop robust project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and adapt to evolving project needs.

• On-Site Leadership: Conduct occasional site visits to ensure progress aligns with plans and resolve on-site issues.

• Detailed Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, engineering drawings, and provide regular progress reports.

• Process Optimisation & Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to our project and internal processes and operations to maximise efficiency and quality.

• Operations Management: Assist with operations management, including workflow optimisation, resource planning, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Highly Motivated: Eager to be part of a growing company and to play a key role in its expansion.

• Experienced: At least 3 years of experience in managing engineering or manufacturing projects.

• Qualified: Holding a minimum of a Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

• Organized: Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.

• An Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A Problem-Solver: Growth mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

• Bonus: Experience with project management systems and software.

We are a growing company that designs and fabricates custom protection systems for the oil and gas industry. Our solutions assist clients with safety compliance and help save energy by increasing efficiency. We have been establishing international relationships and foresee strong growth in the future.

Our manufacturing facility is in Batam, Indonesia, which is a 1 hour boat ride from Singapore.
