About the role

Tiong Lian Food Pte Ltd is seeking an exceptional Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and brand presence of our company. This full-time role is based in the West Coast West Region and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating compelling and visually striking designs for a variety of marketing materials, including print advertisements, social media content, brochures, and packaging.
  • Developing and maintaining the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business objectives into impactful visual solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously enhance the company's visual presence
  • Providing creative input and recommendations to improve the overall design and user experience
  • Ensuring all design files are properly organised and archived for future reference

Requirements:

  • This role requires handling of Pork and Meat products.
  • Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the consumer goods or food industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
  • Strong visual design skills, with the ability to create innovative, on-brand designs
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Good understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
