What you'll be doing:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Develop and execute ideas from concept stage to production
  • Oversee work rendered from colour proof/mock-up to final print and application
  • Collaborate with team members on implementation of concept and design
  • Use advanced graphic design software to bring concepts to life, ensuring designs are both aesthetically pleasing and able to tell the story of the brands that we work with
  • Participate in the entire design process, from initial ideation to final production, ensuring designs meet project timelines and budgets
  • Continuously research and stay up to date with the latest Graphic designing techniques, and software advancements to enhance your skills and contribute to the company's innovation
  • Design event visuals including event branding, stage backdrops, signages, booth graphics, digital screens, and collaterals
  • Work closely with clients, project managers, 3D designers, and operation teams to ensure designs are accurate and build-ready
  • Develop visual assets for client proposals, mood boards and presentation decks
  • Adapt existing brand guidelines creatively while keeping event objectives in mind
  • Prepare artwork for print and production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality
  • Perform any other adhoc duties

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the event management or advertising industry
  • strong creativity and visual storytelling skills
  • Meticulous and good attention to details
  • Ability to accept feedback and iterate on designs
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and someone who takes initiative
  • Ability to manage time effectively in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and After Effects
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and respond well to feedback
  • Keen eye for detail and a strong creative flair to bring unique and visually engaging designs to life
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
