As a Field Support Engineer, you will be part of the Operational and Support Team to play a pivotal role in ensuring the availability and proper maintenance of unmanned naval system of systems. This role requires hands-on skills to operate and maintain naval vessels and their machineries and systems, including training of personnel for such tasks. As a Field Support Engineer, you will also lead and supervise workers and perform vendor management.

You will have the opportunity to be trained as MPA Port Limit Steersmen.

Be Part of Our Success

• Generate documentation for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Generate training material and conduct training maintenance related training.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage, assist in, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of vessels and their systems, including troubleshooting.
• Maintain proper record of maintenance conducted.
• Manage, assist in, and perform troubleshooting of vessels and systems.
• Support vessel operations when required, including sailing.
• General housekeeping.
• Operate vessel and its related systems and ensure safety during operation and testing.
• Perform power up, shutting down, and general housekeeping of vessels.
• Conduct daily checks and ensure vessel is in good working condition

Qualities We Value

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical/electronic systems. Experience with operating and maintenance of vessel machinery, propulsion, and electrical systems will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge
• Organized and meticulous
• Able to perform hands-on mechanical and electrical work
• Possession of existing MPA Port Limit Steersman license or equivalent is an advantage
• Singaporean only
