As an Assistant Nurse Clinician, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Plays a vital role in coordinating, supervising, and ensuring patients receive optimal clinical care, often managing complex cases and leading teams of nurses.
  • ANCs utilize their clinical skills and knowledge to assess patients, monitor their progress, and identify early signs of changes in their condition.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting care activities, assessments, and interventions.
  • Assist in reviewing and identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with other department in providing the best care.
  • Participate in work improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance to clinical guidelines and SOPs.
  • Perform clinical audits.
  • Develop nursing education programs for constant improvements.
  • Preceptorship for junior nurses.
  • Other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Nursing with a valid full registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  • More than 5 years of inpatient experiences will be preferred.
