  • Lead end-to-end project management for corporate banking system initiatives across APAC.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance, assurance standards, and risk frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior management, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define scope, requirements, and delivery milestones.
  • Manage project health across budget, scope, schedule, and quality, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Oversee risk and issue management, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across regional and HO functions.
  • Promote continuous improvement by embedding lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, project management, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of project management experience, with proven track record in corporate banking systems.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and assurance practices.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-country banking projects.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
  • Proficiency in a second language is an advantage but not mandatory.
