Job Description

Part-Time Creative Assistant (Social Media + Visual Design)

Location: Remote / Central Singapore (occasional meet-ups)

Type: Part-time / Freelance (flexible hours)

Start Date: ASAP

* About the Role:

I'm a wellness entrepreneur based in Singapore, launching my personal brand and new website. I'm looking for a creative, self-driven assistant to support me with:

  1. Canva-based Website Visual Revamp

    – Help enhance my current site design and layout

    – Suggest visual direction, fonts, layout, consistency

    – No coding needed — Canva experience is enough
  2. Social Media Content & Management

    – Film + edit short-form video content (Reels, Threads, TikTok optional)

    – Create simple visuals or story slides using Canva or other tools

    – Post regularly, organize content calendar, track engagement

* You Might Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Are familiar with Canva and basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
  • Have an eye for design, color, and visual storytelling
  • Enjoy making engaging, authentic content for wellness, lifestyle, or personal brands
  • Are reliable, organized, and love bringing creative ideas to life
  • Want real experience working directly with a founder

* Time Commitment:

  • 5–8 hours/week to start (flexible)
  • Paid hourly or project-based
  • Occasional content filming meet-ups in Singapore (central)
