What you'll be doing

  • Escort and assist clients between drop-off points, rehabilitation sessions, and the centre
  • Provide support in mobility, toileting, meals, and rest routines
  • Facilitate group activities and programmes under therapist supervision
  • Ensure client well-being upon arrival and throughout their stay
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to safety procedures
  • Participate in training programmes for continual development
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support centre operations

What we're looking for

  • Certificate in Healthcare Support or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Nitec in Nursing or related studies are also encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in eldercare, rehabilitation support, or community care preferred
  • Compassionate and patient, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and support centre initiatives
