Job Description

Project Overview:

The uniform changeover project aims to implement the new staff uniform across all operational departments in alignment with the organization's refreshed brand image, focusing on luxury, functionality, and comfort.

Role Purpose:

The intern will provide administrative, coordination, and creative support to the Brand Experience and Uniforms team, ensuring the smooth execution of the uniform rollout across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination Support

  2. Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  3. Support the scheduling of uniform fitting sessions, roadshows, photoshoots and stakeholder meetings.
  4. Help consolidate and update project status reports.

  5. Stakeholder Communication

  6. Assist in preparing internal communications materials (FAQs, memos, posters) related to the uniform changeover.

  7. Coordinate with internal departments for uniform sizing, feedback collection, and logistics.

  8. Inventory and Logistics Support

  9. Support the inventory tracking of new uniforms and manage uniform distribution records.

  10. Assist in coordinating uniform returns, exchanges, and resolving any on-ground issues during the rollout.

  11. Creative and Brand Support

  12. Assist the team in preparing presentations, mood boards, and visual references for stakeholder engagements.

  13. Support documentation of the uniform changeover process for internal archives and case studies.

  14. Administrative Tasks

  15. Manage data entry, filing, and organization of uniform-related documentation.

  16. Assist with any ad-hoc tasks to support the project team.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Gain practical exposure to project management and brand experience execution in a hospitality environment.
  • Understand end-to-end processes in uniform changeover projects, from design implementation to stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop skills in communication, coordination, and creative support within a cross-functional team.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student
  • Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements

Experience

  • No experience required as training will be provided

  • A team player and takes initiative to assist other Team Members when required
