About the Role

You will be working in the Department of Psychosocial Oncology providing psychosocial support, counselling and practical assistance to cancer patients and their families in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle case management, group work and conduct risk assessments to patients and their families in financial, emotional and health crisis
  • Involve in social work programmes and lead research projects

Job Requirements

  • Degree in social work or equivalent from an accredited tertiary institution with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • A registered social worker (RSW) with the Singapore Association of Social Workers
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player, meticulous, organized and able to multi-task efficiently
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required
