Sales Merchandiser (2 Months)Contract Duration: 15 Dec 2025 – 16 Feb 2026Salary Range: Up to 2,850About the RoleWe're looking for a Sales Merchandiser to support peak season operations across key supermarket outlets. You'll be responsible for building strong store relationships, ensuring product visibility, and driving sales performance during this high-demand period.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with store staff to secure orders.Communicate with key personnel on stock ordering, replenishment, space buys, and event requirements.Execute merchandising, display setups, and promotional activities according to plans.Ensure all POS materials are properly displayed.Improve planograms and increase facings for priority products.Recommend listed items not yet carried by stores or products previously delisted.Manage near-expiry stock and ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices on shelves.Ensure products are well stocked and merchandised across outlets.Monitor pricing, shelf availability, and inventory levels.Share photos and pricing of competitor products and displays.Provide updates on merchandising efforts and initiatives.Work closely with the sales team on operational matters.Handle documentation for store returns and trade deals.Support ad hoc tasks, including events and weekend roadshows when needed.Education & ExperienceMinimum secondary-level education.1–2 years of relevant working experience.Experience in FMCG sales within supermarket environments is required.RequirementsHighly driven, aggressive, and results-oriented.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Interested candidates, please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO.
