About the Role

Our Client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Manager, Operations & Culture to drive operational excellence while cultivating a vibrant, engaged team environment. This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic oversight with day-to-day operational execution—ensuring administrative efficiency and a strong, values-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Administrative Operations
  • Lead division-wide operational improvements and streamline processes.

  • Provide operational and administrative support for 3 Directors, including:

    • Finance and procurement functions

    • Asset and inventory management

    • Travel, expenses, and vendor coordination

    • Documentation, records, and compliance tracking

  • Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and audit stakeholders to ensure accountability and compliance.

  • Monitor process metrics, gather user feedback, and drive data-informed enhancements.

  • Champion initiatives to improve tools, workflows, and practices related to finance and procurement.

Culture & Team Engagement
  • Design and execute team-building initiatives and internal engagement programmes.

  • Organise divisional events, off-site functions, and social activities.

  • Develop strategies and activities that strengthen team cohesion and organisational culture.

  • Foster a dynamic, inclusive, and inspiring work environment.

Facility & Event Management
  • Oversee facilities operations and maintenance matters.

  • Manage logistics for meetings, events, and Director scheduling.

  • Coordinate event vendors and ensure comprehensive event documentation.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in operations management, including significant finance and procurement exposure.

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and digital transformation.

  • Strong multi-stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting to inform decisions.

  • Proven ability in planning, organising, and multitasking effectively.

  • Track record in team culture-building and organising events.

Technical & Soft Skills:
