Job Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of customer information, pricing and product codes and payment details on all orders and invoices
- Issue and track sales transaction invoices and credit notes.
- Manage and file sales-related paperwork, contracts and legal documents.
- Liaise with project team to coordinate timely delivery and shipping schedules
- Maintain and update customer records and sales activities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Answer customer queries regarding order status, pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules and contact clients to obtain missing information necessary to process orders.
- Assist in preparing sales quotations
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by optimizing and streamlining administrative processes.
- Assists in any other ad-hoc administrative work
Job requirements
- Minimum "O" level or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to details for accurately processing orders, invoices, and maintaining records.
- Good written and verbal communication for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
