Job Description:

  • Design and deploy solutions in Cloud infrastructure.
  • Evaluation and implementation of both new initiatives and migration of existing on-premises applications to the cloud.
  • Manager the cloud environments ranging from cloud administration of the compute resources, storage, backup/restore, monitoring to patch management in accordance with our ICT policies.
  • Implementing security architecture to ensure data security.
  • Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and in a timely manner.
  • Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data.
  • Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses.
  • Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to customers.
  • Determine, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity.
  • Monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply new patches and versions when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
  • Prior work experience in Database Administration or Cloud platform management.
  • Familiar in primarily Azure Cloud, Microsoft D365. Other cloud such as Oracle, SQL Server, AWS, or SAP acceptable.
  • Has relevant Cloud certifications.
  • Experience in Azure services including but not limited to VNet, VM, Azure Disk, Storage Account, Azure AD, App Gateway, Azure Monitor
  • Good command of English language, written and spoken.
  • Good analytical skills with ability to work with others to resolve problems.
  • Good organization skills, with ability to properly document and track information.
