TCIE is looking for a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Managing Director focusing on driving organizational priorities, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring strategic initiatives are successfully executed. Key responsibilities include managing strategic projects, supporting decision-making with analysis and data, streamlining internal processes, facilitating communication across departments, and acting as a key liaison between the executive team and the broader organization. The role is dynamic and adaptable, blending project management, strategic planning, and operational leadership to amplify executive effectiveness and align the company's efforts with its goals. Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Help define and execute the company's strategic vision, lead key organizational initiatives from start to finish, and ensure alignment across departments.
- Operational Efficiency: Improve and streamline internal processes and workflows to enhance productivity and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Executive Support: Manage the executive's schedule and priorities, prepare for meetings, and provide necessary research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives, department heads, and staff, ensuring effective information flow and fostering collaboration.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage major, cross-functional projects, tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and resolving issues that arise.
- Advisory Role: Act as a thought partner to executives, providing counsel on business decisions and identifying solutions to complex problems.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, evaluate performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills Required- (Will have to work in close coordination with Managing Director. Be his shadow)
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to analyze complex situations, forecast future trends, and develop long-term strategies.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong skills in written and verbal communication to draft reports, lead meetings, and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Leadership and Influence: The capacity to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, even without direct authority, and to influence decision-making processes.
- Problem-Solving: A keen ability to identify and address core business issues, solve problems, and offer practical solutions.
- Project Management: The skill to manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects from ideation to successful implementation.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: The ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decisions and monitor performance.
- Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
- Assist the human resources department with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns
- Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department leaders, and perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
- Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with CEO and other executives on special projects
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications

- Being the MD's personal timekeeper, orchestrating his schedule and planning essential travels.
- Guiding department heads with expert advice to enhance overall team efficiency.
- Keeping meetings focused and planning and coordinating them effectively.
- Setting key performance indicators to measure and improve team performance.
- Providing hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress.
- Acting on behalf of the chief executive to answer inquiries.
- Steering strategic business initiatives from genesis to fruition.
- Pinpointing and addressing core issues within business processes.
- Presenting the chief executive and other senior leaders with detailed company operations analysis.
- Evaluating risk factors when making critical business decisions.
- Completing special projects and initiatives with skillful oversight and support.
- Leading meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination.
- Identifying areas of improvement across the organization and making actionable recommendations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $8, $12,000.00 per month
