About the role

This is a full-time Therapy Assistant cum administrative position at PhysioVitae, a leading provider of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services in the Orchard Central Region. As a Therapy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of qualified physiotherapists in delivering high-quality care to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the management of appointments and billing
  2. Assisting with tracking patient statistics
  3. Assisting physiotherapists with patient treatment and therapy sessions
  4. Providing one-on-one support to patients, guiding them through rehabilitation exercises and activities
  5. Preparing therapy equipment and setting up treatment areas
  6. Contributing to a positive and patient-centred environment
  7. Ensuring clinic is kept neat and tidy

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in helping others
  2. Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting, preferably as a therapy assistant or in a related role is preferred
