About the Roles

We are seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality management for our construction and façade projects in Redhill. This permanent position offers a competitive salary package, including basic salary, AWS, and variable bonuses. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. You will play a key role in ensuring quality compliance throughout project execution, leading a team of QA/QC engineers, and liaising with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Implement and manage the overall Project Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Prepare quality-related reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Lead and guide a team of QA/QC engineers in executing their duties.
  • Develop and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Project Quality Plans (PQP), and Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
  • Ensure adherence to the Project Quality Plan/Manual throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with clients and subcontractor quality representatives to maintain quality standards.
  • Participate in client audits and ensure proper implementation of company systems.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related complaints from clients.
  • Propose quality improvement suggestions to the project team.
  • Support QA/QC teams with inspections and testing as necessary.
  • Collaborate with independent inspection/testing agencies for site and factory inspections.
  • Maintain and enhance quality systems and project-specific quality plans.
  • Address and resolve quality deficiencies, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Identify, document, and resolve quality issues while ensuring timely solutions.
  • Ensure segregation and proper identification of non-conforming materials, components, and equipment.
  • Work with RE/RTO and other relevant parties for inspections and the handover of installed steel and façade elements.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections on all procedures.
  • Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to ensure consistent quality compliance.
  • Ensure the prompt closure of non-conformance reports (NCR) and site instructions.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Managing Director.

What We're Looking For

  • A recognized degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience working with contractors in construction-related projects.
  • Relevant experience in civil/building projects, with a preference for façade installation expertise.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a QA/QC team.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • A team player, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
