About the role

Victoria Facelift Private Limited is seeking a talented and professional Receptionist to join our team at our beauty salon located in the Bishan Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our salon operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and warm manner
  2. Handling appointment bookings, scheduling, and enquiries
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer information and treatment history
  4. Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
  5. Providing administrative support to the salon team as needed
  6. Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable at all times
