Description About the roleVictoria Facelift Private Limited is seeking a talented and professional Receptionist to join our team at our beauty salon located in the Bishan Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our salon operations. What you’ll be doing Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and warm manner Handling appointment bookings, scheduling, and enquiries Maintaining detailed records of customer information and treatment history Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently Providing administrative support to the salon team as needed Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable at all times What we’re looking for Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably within the beauty or retail industry Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using computer systems and office equipment A genuine interest in the beauty industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service What we offerAt Victoria Facelift Private Limited, we are committed to creating a positive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
