About the Role:
Support financial advisor with administrative duties that enable focus on high-value client service and strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage professional calendar: scheduling, meetings, reminders.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for client records and financial documents.
- Perform administrative paperwork, including form submissions, compliance documentation, and other required filings.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and client briefings.
- Manage routine errands or ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Assist with basic financial documentation, expense tracking, and client communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years in admin or assistant roles, preferably in finance or advisory settings.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), MS SharePoint and comfortable with digital filing systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills, reliability, discretion and a client-centric mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
- Highly proactive and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
