Our client is seeking a Training Support Advisor to join their team

Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to enhancing the skills and safety of the Process Industry workforce in Singapore. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a safer and more productive industry while working with industry leaders, government agencies, and subject matter experts.

A non-profit organization committed to advancing the Process Industry in Singapore. We collaborate with industry leaders, government agencies, and subject matter experts to develop and deliver high-quality training programs.

What you'll be doing?
  • Course Administration: Respond promptly to technical training enquiries and manage front-end course administration functions efficiently.
  • Industry Outreach: Assist with marketing and outreach programs, including events and seminars, to enhance the image of the Training Centre and increase course demand.
  • Suppliers Management: Source, negotiate, and monitor the performance of outsourcing partners and vendors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and service standards.
Who are they looking for?
  • Minimum Diploma: Candidates with a minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Adult Continuing Education or any field with 2 years of relevant working experience in a training or education environment.
  • Strong Adaptability: Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of the WSQ Training Framework & TMS System, and a strong understanding of MOM Accreditation Training Providers Scheme and other relevant government agency training schemes.
  • Time Management: Ability to effectively manage time and schedules under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rotational basis as needed.
