Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies for a high-growth portfolio. This role is critical in shaping the business from the ground up, driving market penetration, and creating value for customers across multiple industrial sectors.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle-from concept to commercialization-while collaborating with suppliers, operations, and commercial teams. The business model leverages strategic partnerships and regional commercial reach to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and channels.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, portfolio strategy, and pricing.
- Build strategic supplier partnerships and align capabilities with market needs.
- Drive product launches, marketing plans, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Conduct voice-of-customer analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver on revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful product development and scaling.
Profile
- 10 years+ proven experience in end-to-end product management within industrial manufacturing or related sectors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and build processes from scratch.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with supplier engagement and manufacturing operations is a plus, but not required.
- BS/MS in Engineering or MBA preferred; minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
