Role Overview

As our Virtual PA, you will work directly with our founders and core leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a high-impact role where you'll be the backbone of scheduling, communication, and execution, helping us stay one step ahead.

We are looking for someone who can provide
flexible support across 7 days a week
, as the nature of real estate often involves weekends and urgent requests.

Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Scheduling

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders for leadership
  • Coordinate property viewings, client calls, team meetings, and focus groups

  • Handle travel bookings, events, and ad-hoc personal scheduling

  • Client & Team Support

  • Assist with lead follow-ups and prepare templated WhatsApp/email drafts

  • Support agent onboarding with documents, access setup, and checklists

  • Maintain CRM and property listing databases

  • Marketing & Content Support

  • Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

  • Assist with copywriting based on brand guides and frameworks

  • Compile performance reports on campaigns and social media reach

  • Operations & Reporting

  • Update pitch decks, Canva kits, and templates

  • Generate weekly reports on sales, recruitment, and marketing KPIs
  • Track deliverables across different TRM initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Tech-savvy: Canva, CapCut basics, social media scheduling tools, Excel/Google Sheets, Notion/Trello
  • Comfortable handling both professional and light personal admin tasks
  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant is a plus
  • Flexible to provide support across 7 days if needed
