System Engineer

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a System Engineer to join our IT team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong foundation in Windows Server environments, system administration, and IT infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers to support, maintain, and enhance our IT systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments.
- Provide technical support for system-related issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and user access control.
- Assist in server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Document system configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and enhancements.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent certification (required)
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (required)
- 1-2 years of experience in system administration or IT support
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
