Part-Time M&E Draftsperson

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced M&E Draftsperson / Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating authority submission drawings and compliance documentation in accordance with local regulations. This position is fully remote and ideal for individuals familiar with Singapore's M&E submission procedures and design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authority submission drawings in compliance with local codes, standards, and authority requirements.
- Ensure all M&E designs meet the regulatory standards of relevant authorities (e.g. SCDF, PUB, BCA).
- Coordinate and compile fire safety, water, sewerage, and sanitary drawings for submission.
- Review and verify design accuracy and compliance prior to submission.
- Deliver high-quality drawings within agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Singapore's M&E codes, design standards, and authority submission processes.
- Familiarity with SCDF fire safety requirements and PUB water/sewer/sanitary submission procedures.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
- Prior experience with authority submissions will be an advantage.
