About the role
TOPFX' is seeking an experienced Professional Cleaner to join our team in the Telok Blangah Central Region. This full-time role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our client sites. As a Professional Cleaner, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional cleaning services to ensure our clients' premises are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
What you'll be doing
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise client premises, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, adhering to our established protocols and procedures
- Replenish and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any issues or requirements
- Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients and responding to their cleaning needs
- Assist with any special cleaning projects or tasks as required
- Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment by following all health and safety guidelines
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a professional cleaner or in a similar role, ideally within the commercial or office cleaning industry
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, lift, and carry equipment for extended periods
- A valid driver's licence is preferred but not essential
