About the role

We are seeking a driven and passionate Telemarketing Appointment Setter to join our team at H2O Express Singapore Pte Ltd. As a Telemarketing Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating and booking sales appointments for our electric company offerings in the Yishun Central North Region. What you'll be doing

  1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our electric company products and services
  2. Identifying customer needs and pain points to tailor our offerings accordingly
  3. Effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services to secure sales appointments
  4. Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism throughout the sales process
  5. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
  6. Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales appointment targets

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 year of experience in a telemarketing or sales appointment setting role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities to overcome customer objections
  4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target
  5. Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  6. Familiarity with the electric company industry or a willingness to learn
