Sales Admin Assistant (APAC Support)

Salary: SGD 2,200 – 2,800

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm

Location: Jurong East

Overview

This role supports the APAC Business Development team in day-to-day sales coordination and administrative duties. You will be involved in order processing, tracking sales activities, and ensuring smooth operational support across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process sales documents such as Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders using the company system
  • Track sales metrics, project timelines, licenses and contract renewals
  • Coordinate with internal finance team on invoicing-related information
  • Maintain customer records, CRM database, document library and shared knowledge base
  • Support sales initiatives, follow-ups and customer enquiries
  • Assist with coordination between suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business / Marketing or related field
  • Positive learning attitude and proactive work approach
  • Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
  • Comfortable working with numbers and Excel formulas (training can be provided)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Experience in sales administration or sales operations preferred
  • Technology industry background is an advantage
