Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Business Analyst and Scrum Master for multi-regional projects, managing applications across APAC, EMEA, and NAM.
  • Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define high-level solutions aligned to strategic architecture.
  • Manage Scrum teams, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate release management, deployments, production support, and enhancements for Capital Markets and IT management applications.
  • Analyze regulatory impact, prepare release notes, and ensure compliance in project deliveries.
  • Develop test strategies, test cases, and perform system integration and UAT testing, including SQL, cubes, and Power BI reporting.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, steering committees, and executive presentations.
  • Drive process standardization across multiple teams and partner applications to meet project deadlines.

  • Successfully launched 10+ Capital Market products (MLI, SWAP, IPO, FX) and completed monthly releases for Trade Check Dashboard across APAC.
  • Led the end-to-end regional rollout of dashboards to EMEA and NAM, handling region-specific requirements.
  • Spearheaded business analysis for regulatory-impact projects, ensuring alignment with strategic solutions.
  • Implemented process improvements that enhanced Scrum team efficiency and adherence to release calendars.
