Job Description

  • Position Title: Credit Officer/ Loan Officer
  • Working Location: Chinatown
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Weekdays - 11 am to 7 pm; Weekend 12 pm – 6 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Commission
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in applicants with loan applications, collaborate with business partners, and utilize external resources for referrals.
  • Evaluate loan applicant eligibility and creditworthiness before proceeding with approvals.
  • Efficiently process transactions such as loan drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, billings, repayments, and fee collections.
  • Support remittance and deposit placement activities.
  • Conduct AML screenings and manage pre and post-transaction handling.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all loan files.
  • Perform daily reconciliations, audit confirmations, and compile management and regulatory reports.
  • Execute additional duties as required.
