**Loan Officer (Licensed Money Lending)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in understanding personal loan products and determine the best options based on their financial needs.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information on loan terms, conditions, and repayment schedules.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt approval and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through ongoing communication and support.
- Address and resolve client inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients, promote loan products, and encourage referrals from satisfied clients.
- Meet monthly targets for loan disbursements while upholding a commitment to responsible lending practices.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and loan statuses.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s money lending regulations and company policies.
- Work with Collections manager for Overdue account payments and Site visit for collections work

**Job Requirements**:

- More than 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in a licensed moneylending background.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s lending regulations is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proactive and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude, resilient, and willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Other Details**:

- Working location: China Town
- Working hours: 5.5 days / 11:30-7:30pm Mon-Friday, 12-6pm on 2 Full Saturdays per month
- Contract duration: Full time, Permanent
- Salary package: $3000 - $5000 +commission
- Benefits: Medical and Dental benefit after probation
- Leaves: 14 days Annual leave and all other government paid leaves whenever applicable
- Bonuses: Performance bonus and Annual salary review
