  • Ensure all feedback and complaints are resolved at the given timeframe

  • Proactively identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements to prevent future occurrences.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of escalated cases, resolutions, and follow-ups.

  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth consistent service delivery.

  • Provide feedback and insights to improve overall customer care processes.

  • Assist and support company events

  • Assist with any other duties or projects assigned by the reporting officer.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels

    • Good verbal and written communication skills.

    • Good Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills

    • Proficiency in computer skills

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

    • Self-motivated and strong initiative, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    • Team player; ability to work well with employees at all levels. A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful.
