*Job Description:*

As an Investor Relations Specialist at East Ventures, you will support the team in managing communications with investors and stakeholders. This entry-level role involves assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials, as well as maintaining databases and tracking investor inquiries to facilitate effective communication and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations:

  • Create and distribute investor communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, and annual reports.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and performance metrics.
  • Respond to investor inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, finance and marketing, to align messaging and strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of investor communications, including presentations, reports, and updates.
  • Maintain and update investor databases and contact lists.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of investor meetings, calls, and events.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends related to the company and its competitors.
  • Respond to routine investor inquiries and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Help organize and participate in investor events, such as earnings calls and conferences.

Investment:

  • Assist in preparing investment memos and presentations for internal review and approval.
  • Support negotiation and deal structuring processes.
  • Track and analyze industry trends, startups, and key market developments.

*Job Requirements:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts and markets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable with data management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
