Job Description

What to expect:

  • Support Manager and team in organizing clients' portfolios and business presentations
  • Gain understanding in analysis of clients' financial status and goals
  • Assist in client servicing such as new campaigns and handling enquiries
  • Support in customer acquisition and marketing collaterals
  • Plan & coordinate team-building events and company meetings
  • Collate sales and clients' records & perform statistics analysis
  • Hone soft skills beneficial for professional development
  • Assist in any other business operation activities assigned

Requirements:

  • Existing Polytechnic/University students in Banking & Finance, Business, or other disciplines are welcome to apply
  • Able to commit 2-6 months (February-September 2026)
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Well organised & meticulous in handling documents
  • Keen learner, self-driven, resourceful and results-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
